All things considered, the year has gone pretty darned well. The sense of security gained from a decent job is beyond words, and I'm finally settling into my new surroundings somewhat. I still miss home desperately, but the summer visit helped greatly.
I always make an effort to draw more in the days proceeding and immediately after the new year, so I have several sketches started. Hopefully one or two will end up posted here in early January.
